This is a five-day course covering all facets of representation.  Formerly, this class was taught in two parts, Basic and Advanced. Today, with the challenges we face, a new rank and file representative may be involved with advanced representation their first case. This class brings together MOU, Firefighter Bill of Rights, control agencies, and all levels of discipline, appeals, and grievances.
